Personal Data Administrator
The personal data administrator is EVEN-STEVEN Ltd., located at Żurawia 71,
15-540 Białystok, Poland, with Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9662172638,
National Business Registry Number (REGON): 524168828, registered in the
National Court Register under the number 0001012950.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Data
Processing
All personal data is primarily processed for the purpose of the User’s use of
solutions offered by the Administrator in the form of provided services. We
may process personal data if it is necessary for purposes arising from legally
justified interests, such as marketing our own services and products, but
only if the User has given explicit consent. We process only the data
necessary for using the offered solutions and purchasing our services; we
never request sensitive data. We also process certain data when required by
legal obligations, such as accounting or tax purposes.
Data Retention Period
We retain all data for the period during which the User uses the solutions
offered by the Administrator, meaning for the time necessary to perform the
contract, which includes using our services, subject to obligations imposed
on us by legal regulations. These data may be stored longer when specific
regulations require us to do so. In the case where the legal basis for
processing personal data is based on the granted consent, such as in the
case of marketing consents, the data will be stored until the withdrawal of
that consent (the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing
based on consent before its withdrawal).
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
We do not disclose Users’ personal data to third parties, particularly for
commercial purposes. Users’ personal data will be transferred to entities
servicing our IT systems, providing legal assistance, accounting, human
resources, advisory services, as well as to our partners with whom we
cooperate in providing services and fulfilling obligations arising from
regulations (data processors).
User Rights
At any time, the User may request the deletion of their personal data from
our Administrator’s database. The User may also withdraw consent for
processing their data at any time. In the case where the processed data is
inaccurate or incomplete, the User has the right to request their
rectification or supplementation. At any time, the User may request the
transfer of all their data processed by the Administrator. The User has the
right to object to the processing of their personal data. Objections should
be submitted to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the
Office for Personal Data Protection. Providing personal data is a condition
for entering into a contract and is a statutory requirement to fulfill
obligations resulting from the law. Failure to provide personal data by the
User or withdrawal of consent for their processing will result in the inability
to use the services provided by us, meaning the inability to enter into a
contract and, consequently, its performance.
